ONGOING.
Soft Dispatch, 2026

Soft Dispatch is a contemporary workwear brand declaring a "Gentle Revolution" — one where clothing adapts to the body, not the body to the clothing.

The design translates labor into typographic language. Letters are standardized units — dispatched, numbered, and tagged. Within this systemized structure, tailoring and fabrics form the framework itself, yielding to the human body, shifting with the variable axis — skeletal diversity and physical movement.

BRAND DESIGN.
boooo, 2025

boooo is a lifestyle brand rooted in Daoist philosophy, attuned to the Eastern wisdom embodied in the rhythm of seasons.

Guided by the concept of "Invisible, yet Visible," the visual system manifests the Five Elements as abstract symbols. Inspired by the brand spirit of "Manual Tuning," the design result captures the subtle states of energy flow, turning them into kinetic forms.

SPACE DESIGN. Yujian Gwantsi, 2022

Yujian Gwantsi integrates an XR studio, café, art gallery, and office areas, realized through the adaptive reuse of historic buildings on Yuyuan Road.
The design extends visual identity into architecture, interior, and experience — turning a collection of functional spaces into a coherent brand ecosystem. The result is a living visual identity with scalability — a system designed to grow with the community.

PRODUCT DESIGN.34 Living, 2024

34 Living is a lifestyle brand specializing in artistic storage solutions, drawing inspiration from everyday life to sense, reimagine, and reshape the objects we live with.

The design merges form and philosophy. We set the visual anchor at an upright butterfly tenon joint — a tribute to craftsmanship — and extended it across every touchpoint, from logotype to product design. The tenon joins from within, much like storage itself, creating an invisible order.

INTERACTION DESIGN.
Beautiful Life Space, 2024

Beautiful Life Space is a digital playground. It applies positive psychology research to engage the public through play — laugh, move, speak, reflect, observe.

A giant floor-based game marks the threshold. Solo or multi-player, it invites instinctive play. The path moves through self-assessment, the PERMA model, and well-being knowledge — in sequence, with questions on H5. Players can follow the flow to get a score — or ignore it and roam freely.

MOTION DESIGN.Agitations Tropicales, 2022

A series of infinite procedural pieces created for GIAFÉ. Coffee beans from different altitudes become distinct flows — of particles, of people, from doorway to depth.

The motion ascends with altitudes. Flavor profiles are visualized: mild, earthy notes of coastal tides; dense, sweet rhythm of valley tempos; and the storm-like energy of a jungle party at high-mountain crests. The stories behind act as a quiet, poetic layer — a narrative for the patient eye to discover.

CURATION / EXHIBITION.
Trash Monsters, 2020-present

Trash Monsters is a creative initiative — rethinking the relationship between humanity and nature, surfacing the "artificial monsters" left behind by consumption.

Unlike traditional exhibitions, we curate through a liberated mix of art forms. Collaborating with creators, we transform environmental dialogue into an inclusive experience. The result is more than a display — casual, heartfelt, and designed to light up the unseen corners of our community.
TYPE: self-initiated
Curation: Liang Xinyue & Liu Mo & Niu Yun

DRAWING / ILLUSTRATION.
Vague de Rêve, 2022

Vague de Rêve originated as a daily drawing challenge during the lockdown. It responds to the global phenomenon of "Dream Surge" — a time of intensified collective dreaming.

Daily fragments and dream whispers are captured, recorded and composed into a cinematic flow of sequences. While these stories appear elliptical, underlying threads remain hidden in the transitions, leaving space for the imagination to fill the gaps between frames.
